FPS Vibrating Level Switch

Working principle

Vibration Level Switch is widely used in petrochemical, light industry, food, water treatment and other industries for upper/lower limit level alarm and upper/lower limit automatic control.

When Vibration Level Switch is used for low alarm (or low level control), the medium inside the container is discharged downward and flows through the tuning fork, when it is lower than the specific position of the fork body, it causes the change of the inherent frequency, this change is detected by the electronic components, so as to switch the output state; when it is used for high alarm (high level control), the medium inside the container rises and contacts with the tuning fork body, so it can switch the output state again and select the inherent frequency of the tuning fork to prevent the interference of equipment vibration.

The short length of the tuning fork allows the shortest possible reach into the vessel or pipe, and because the product is designed with short tuning fork technology, it can be used in virtually all liquid applications and applications with good flow. Extensive research has been conducted to achieve the highest operational efficiency for Vibration Level Switch.
