FM15 Turbine Flowmeter

The impeller of Turbine Flowmeter rotates under force, and its speed is proportional to the average flow velocity of the pipeline. The rotation of the impeller periodically changes the reluctance value of the magnetoelectric converter. The magnetic flux in the detection coil changes periodically accordingly, generating a periodic induced potential, that is, an electric pulse signal, which is amplified and sent to the display instrument for display. When the air flow enters the flow meter, it first passes through the leading structure of the independent movement and accelerates. Under the action of the fluid, the turbine starts to rotate because the turbine blades form a certain angle with the flow direction of the fluid. The magnetic resistance of the sensor is periodically changed by the magnet on the rotating sending disk, so that a pulse signal with a frequency proportional to the volume flow of the fluid is induced at both ends of the sensor. The signal is amplified and shaped by the preamplifier, and the pressure and temperature signals detected by the pressure and temperature sensor are simultaneously sent to the flow totalizer for processing. After the processing is completed, the flow information is directly displayed and converted into standard volume flow and standard volume total.
