Working Principle

TI with thermocouple (resistance) integrated Temperature Transmitter is a field-mounted temperature transmitter unit in the temperature series instrumentation it consists of thermocouple, RTD and temperature transmitter module. Using a two-wire system with non-linear correction circuit, it can directly measure the temperature of liquids, gaseous media and various specialties in the range of -200~1600℃ in industrial processes. The temperature signal is converted into a 4~20mADC current output signal that is linear with the temperature signal and sent to the display and regulation recorder or computer for centralized control.
