Working Principle

The microwave signal ofMicrowave Level Switch is propagated between the transmitter and the receiver. If a medium is blocked between the two sensors so that the microwave cannot reach the receiver, a contact signal is output.

The length of time delay from the detection of a change in state of the microwave series to relay operation is set by two separately adjustable potentiometers; one for setting the relay to be triggered by a valid signal and the other for setting the relay to be triggered by an interrupted signal. Any change in state during the delay time period will cause the delay to restart.
