FEEJOY | Domestic Advanced Intelligent Level Calibration System Put Into Use

Feejoy Level Calibration System has obtained the calibration certificate from East China National Metrology and Testing Center.

Feejoy Level Calibration System can measure the accuracy of guided wave radar, intelligent radar (non-contact), float level gauge and other liquid level gauge products. Feizhuo can better control product precision, improve product quality, help its own research and development, technology upgrade, and bring better protection to customers.

The floor and walls of the laboratory where the system is located are paved with absorbing sponges, which can effectively absorb clutter signals from radar and external noise signals. The temperature and humidity are strictly controlled in the laboratory to ensure the accuracy of the measurement environment.

#### Linear Motor Module - Feejoy Level Calibration System, equipped with a linear motor module, the speed is 300m/min; the response speed is fast, the maximum speed can be reached after starting, and it can also be stopped quickly during high-speed operation, which is safe and stable; the mechanism is simple, eliminating backlash and accumulated errors, With a suitable feedback device, sub-micron precision can be achieved. - Linear motor modules are mostly used in high-precision positioning scenarios, such as: high-precision processing machine tools, precise positioning of semiconductor components, etc. FEEJOYY uses a high-precision linear motor module as the positioning mechanism, and the full-scale accuracy of the whole set of mechanisms can reach 0.03mm, far exceeding the standard requirements of the traditional liquid level calibration system.
#### Non-contact Radar Test Line - Feejoy Level Calibration System, equipped with a non-contact radar reflective surface, automatic operation, convenient and efficient, the tester can realize the integrated control of the distance and moving speed of the reflective surface without leaving the operating table, realize the range control, and ensure the effective measurement of product accuracy. - Feejoy Level Calibration System, equipped with a non-contact radar operation table and a turntable table, can measure 6 smart radars at a time, the position of the radar to be tested is fixed, and the turntable is automatically switched to ensure that the test data is valid and accurate.
#### Reflex-radar Test Line - Feejoy Level Calibration System, equipped with guided wave radar console, upgraded Reflex-radar fixture technology, the first fully-wrapped fixture in China, after many tests, finally selected high-quality materials, replaceable inner core, to ensure that various specifications can be used . - The fully-wrapped reflex-radar fixture can more restore the on-site working conditions, simulate the actual application, get better feedback data with a larger contact surface, and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the product in the actual application process; automatic operation, computer integrated control, One-button operation of clamp opening and closing or relaxation, equipped with an automatic motor to control the reflex-radar cable to ensure the accuracy of data during the test.
#### Test System Software - Laboratory operating system software, independently developed by Feizhuo, with multi-threading and multi-window, separated front and back ends, effectively avoids potential risks and realizes safe and efficient operation. With the network upgrade, products will be equipped with traceable codes in the future, customers or quality inspectors can directly trace the source, and the product testing time, person in charge, and test data will be clear at a glance. The product test accuracy is automated, digitally written back, non-human operation, and the test accuracy is more accurate and reliable."
